Nicklin Property Management

If 0 stars was an option that’s what Nicklin would get! They were left in charge of my elderly parent’s property for 14 years while they left to take care of their own elderly parents, and they came back to a destroyed house, full of animal urine, hair, mold, leaks, broken exterior stucco, a ton of HOA violations and more. Nicklin neglected the house and only reimbursed the $2300 tenant deposit. Absolutely criminal!!!!

Armando came last wk to do my 90 day visit. He’s very kind, polite and respectful. I really appreciate him staying in touch with me the whole time - his time of arrival and explaining what he’s going to do made me feel comfortable since I didn’t really know what to expect. All together, my experience with Nicklin has been pretty amazing and that being said, id like to send my deepest gratitude to Shannon, Steve and of course, Armando for everything. You all have been pretty solid and genuine. Thank you 🙏🏽

Dean did the walk-through for the rental I’m moving into on my first day, and he was excellent. He took a very thorough set of photos, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of being very informative, he was also funny and personable, which made a big difference. He even helped me right away with an urgent maintenance issue. Great experience overall. Dean really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Dean is excellent. He was professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He took the time to walk the property with me before move-in and showed me every detail of the home, including how all of the appliances work. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. His attention to detail and clear communication made the experience smooth and reassuring. He is amazing!

Armando Molina came to do our yearly inspection this year. He was awesome. He was on time and very respectful. He was efficient but friendly and funny. We had a good inspection. He would be great for future inspection.
