When looking to move to the Sacramento area, I was unfamiliar with the local real estate market. I did not know any real estate agents in the area, nor did I have any personal referrals to help guide me in finding a trustworthy professional. This lack of familiarity made my search for a reliable agent both challenging and uncertain.
