7 years ago Nick helped me buy my first house (condo). This year, he helped me buy a new construction single family home, and he and Katie helped sell said condo as well! Each time, they made it as simple as possible for me. Super responsive to all my questions, including general home ownership ones that were not necessarily related to the purchase/sale they were working on. Paperwork was very easy despite how much there was, and there was never any pressure to make any decision. I could talk through my thought process with Nick or he could share his own opinions when asked, but at the end of the day everything was my decision and they were always happy with whatever I chose for myself. It's always nice to work with someone to do something (like buying a new house) and come away from it with a great new friend. That was my experience working with Nick in my search for a new home.
