Dishonest, scumbag company. Rented a commercial space from this company, total nightmare. I could never even use the space due to the constant noise from neighbors and the pool hall downstairs that opened at 2pm every day and blasted vulgar music that shook the building. Company lied and said they would rectify the situation, never did and then they threaten me with eviction when in actuality it should have been me suing them. Stay far away unless you like wasting your time and money.

This company runs several other companies that rent units under the name Gabba LLC and Browsa LLC. Do not rent from them if you want your security deposit back. My family and I stayed in their unit for 5 years. I was told they were replacing the carpet and going with tile, charged me for that, charged me with a water bill that I had previously paid, cleaning fee which I cleaned before I left, saying the walls were dirty when they were already dirty prior to moving in and not freshly painted so I was charged for that as well. They also charged me a remaining rent balance that was bogus followed by a letter we had recieved on what was due for our last months rent. They work on Sundays , they have no respect for the community that they are building in ... I'll put up with the noise Monday thru Saturday till sunset each day ... but give us a break on Sunday!!!!

Be very careful if you are buying a property from them. Do not trust them.

After closing, the company is not responsive and ignore their client.
