Just received the signature of the cancelation I was requesting for my offer. Something a bit strange occurred during the process between the inspection and my disapproval of the home based on the inspection report. I was abandoned by my realtor and she made herself unavailable. My requests for further inspections by a roofer and an insurance agent were ignored. I was lucky to get out of the contract.

I would not recommend working with Bobbie Jo to anyone as she is a very dishonest person. She lied to us on multiple occasions and I would not trust her.
