Avoid renting from this woman, Feagin Mill properties and NextHome180 like the plague especially if you’re in a military family. She will NOT honor the sailor solider act and will refuse to terminate your lease even when given a months notice. She will expect you to pay 2 months of rent after you’ve left and keep your security deposit in full. Then to add injury to insult she’ll send false claims to credit collections a year later in attempt to negatively affect your credit score. Military families and Robins Air Force base employees please look elsewhere.
