Unfortunately, many of them smoke inside their apartments too, so even with the windows and doors closed, the smoke still manages to enter through the ventilation. - BROKEN MAIN DOOR: The main door to the building is broken, so anyone can enter and access the lobby area and packages. - BROKEN ELEVATORS: The elevators are ALWAYS broken, eliminating the need for keys to access the floors. I have been living at Next on Lex for over five years, and I have to say that if it weren’t for Michelle in the leasing office, I would lose my mind. This five-star review is truly for her and her alone. She has helped us through everything. From the nightmares of renewing our lease to the constant maintenance issues we’ve experienced, Michelle has always gone above and beyond to assist us. The list of things she has helped with goes on and on, and we truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and dedication. We are hopeful that the new management will bring a fresh start for everyone and that things will finally begin to improve. We are crossing our fingers that it goes well, because up until now it has been a very stressful experience for many residents.

Next on Lex is an excellent property clean, modern, and very well maintained. The building feels secure and professionally managed, and the common areas are always kept in great shape. The overall atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, and well organized. The location is also a big plus convenient to everything in Glendale while still feeling private and comfortable. If you’re looking for a property that’s run the right way and consistently looks good, Next on Lex is a great choice.

My girlfriend and I have lived at Next on Lex for just over three months now, and we love it here. The location, facility, and amenities are great, and the staff have been friendly and helpful since day one. Shoutout to Alicia, who helped us during the application and move-in process. We had questions about the dimensions of the elevators, hallways, and unit to make sure our furniture would fit and be delivered on move-in day. She was able to accommodate our requests and thanks to her, our move-in went smoothly as planned. Also want to thank Michelle, Noa, and Vian for being kind and welcoming as well.

I want to share my excellent experience with one of the leasing team members - Vian. You know, how stressful and exhausting can be the moving process. But he helped to make this process as fast and comfortable as possible. First of all, he is supportive, friendly, and always smiling. Professional and punctual, he has thorough answers to all questions that a moving-in tenant can have. And although many things in this building are new to me and much different from my previous apartment, he explained everything very clearly and helped every step of the way. And did it so confidently and fast. Great bonus - he speaks Russian! Thank you, Vian!
