The worst company to rent from. It’s because of them I will never rent from a rental agency again. The apartment was incredibly dirty when I got the key and I had to put in hours of work to be livable. Then when moving out, they made me go back and clean some crumbs in the drawer to get my security deposit back. They prioritize the airbnbs rather than the tenants and were disorganized when I first started my lease. They never gave me a key for a storage unit, I never got the passcode for the laundry, and they claimed they gave me two house keys even though they gave me one. Oh yeah, the hot water heater also didn’t work when I moved in. I don’t understand all the good reviews.

Next Level Property Management has been amazing to work with! They manage our rental in Montana and truly make the whole process stress-free. Any time we’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and always handle things with care and professionalism. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our property is in such good hands.
