Couldn't be happier with Eric at Next Chapter Home Inspections. When Eric arrived at the house, the home had repairs going on that we weren't aware of. Knowing our option period was coming to an end, Eric graciously offered to reschedule for the next day so that our report would include all items, including those being repaired. We appreciated Eric's common-sense approach; while he shows you any/all issues, he lets you know which things are more concerning. Highly recommend Eric and definitely will refer him to friends.

Hired Eric for presale inspection. He nit picked every tiny thing. When we had professionals (electricians, plumbers, etc.) come in to remedy the problems Eric identified at least 30% were no problem found. They were laughing that someone would be so clueless but ignorance is bliss. If you are a buyer he would be great to get a lower price.
