Newtown Woods

I’ve had a really positive experience with Newtown Woods so far. Tami has been great to work with; professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help work through issues and was very supportive, which I really appreciated. Everything has been handled smoothly, and based on my experience so far, I’m really looking forward to moving in. I’d definitely recommend Newtown Woods.

This is a great apartment community. The ladies in the front office, Tammy and Yolanda are all very friendly and responsive to any and all questions/issues. Same goes for the maintenance team. Staff are all bilingual, which is helpful.

Gym, pool, movie room, luxury lounge area.... It's got it all! They even do monthly activities for the residents. The professionalism and systems to inquire about repairs and services really makes a difference in the experience of living here. There's plenty to do and the apartments are top notch! Hard floors, granite tops, fancy fridges, you name it they got it! And a shout out to the beautiful and bright office ladies! Haven't come across an issue that they couldn't take care of in a timely matter, or give solid advice on how to resolve it. Thank you!

A really beautiful place to live. The grounds and large amount of property are cut and maintained nicely. People here have dogs. You could not tell from looking around. They have plastic bag stations so there is no excuse for not cleaning up after your dog. The pool is nice and large with a great view. Everything is clean and neat here. I’m going to share a picture I took while walking my dog that I find really cool. I named it, “THE KENTUCKY ROCK”

I recommend this condo 100%, it is very quiet and safe, they allow pets, it has a pool and a park for children, it is very beautiful because it has a forest around it, I usually go out for walks in the afternoons with my baby and the view is beautiful with the sun between the trees. If you want to move, I 100% recommend that you look for the information you need with Liulam Socarras, she will give you special attention since she is very kind and efficient.
