@Update While there are no ideal rentals in Jacksonville, this complex is satisfactory. I have provided photographs of the surrounding area, which features nearby parks, stores, and bus terminals. The complex offers its own parking and a front and backyard. Although it is not perfect, it meets my needs and presents a few manageable issues. Key points 1.Good location for gas and stores 2.Nearby Parks 3.Local bus transit system/Jacksonville Station 4.Outdoor space 5.Sidewalks 6.No postal service to the door at this moment.

My wife and I just moved back over here after the city condemned the unit we lived in and my lord it’s a 10/10 improvement absolutely wonderful. They even come with brand new washer and dryer for a little extra a month.

Terrible property management, first apartment, and boy was it a doozy. Will never recommend, but will always tell people to steer clear of this roach, floors falling apart place.

I moved to New Town Center Apartments mid-July 2023 at the time there was a little bit of a housing shortage going on, especially for 3 bd apartments. New Town Center said rent was 1299 for 3bd plus 1299 security deposit. I asked about total charges every month and it went from $1299 to $1591 a month way too much. I felt then that it was a false advertisement with the price listed as 1299 and you are paying way more! I had to move right away so I took it. First, they don't give you the option to not use their washer and dryer...you have to! They charge 150$ a month for their washer and dryer which I feel is way too much and you should have the option not to have it in the apartment. Plus the washer and dryer take up all the closet space that you would have outside of the bedrooms so no sto

I have had a very good experience living here. Management was very courteous, attentive and helpful and if I needed assistant with anything, it was taken care of promptly. It was quiet ( my fave) and safe. I would recommend living here.
