Newton Place Apartments

Lived here for the 4 years I was in the military at fort Campbell, if I could I’d give this place a 0 rating if I could. This place is absolutely horrible. First day moving in, there was cockroaches & brown recluse spiders everywhere, I tested the washer to make sure it worked went to the gym & came back to my unit FLOODED up to the bottom of the door. Took em a week to fix it so had to shower at the gym every night. AC went out during a summer with 100 degree weather and they were in no hurry so took them almost THREE MONTHS to fix the ac in the apartment. About a year later, my upstairs neighbors left a leak in there sink go for to long and ended up causing black mold all around my apartment and instead of giving me a hotel or any other option they didn’t fix it for almost two months, &

If I could give 0 stars I would. GVA are clearless, money hungry, thieves. Let me start by saying I put in a transfer within the company. I got the run around on that. They didn’t tell us to last min , not giving us enough time to find something else. So we had to stay here at old apartment. Shortly after releasing. Our air conditioning went out . We have had no air for two weeks. They do put on a temporary unit. But it is poorly installed, we had to buy 3 other fans because it’s still soo hot. They have not given us any updates when the unit will be fix. They will not place us in a different unit or even buy more units for the apartment. It’s been almost 3 weeks. I have migraines, I am sick, can barely move around my house because it’s soo hot. I am sick of GVA . I regret renting fro

This place is completely unprofessional I put in a work order for about a month and as I tried many times to reach out all they said was it’s processing and found a alternate solution after waiting more than a month to get the part from another apartment and said they will fix it that day. Nobody came and I called again over a week later and got nothing but attitude and when I brought up Kentucky renters law they totally disregarded as I was being polite the entire time, while I got nothing but attitude and sarcasm. They were saying that the maintenance crew was overwhelmed like it was an excuse but at the same time saying they were waiting on a part so much inconsistency. They also said that the maintenance guy won’t even pick up the phone anymore as they said right then and there that so

I lived in this apartment for 2 yrs. To my pleasant surprise, it was a pleasant experience. It was 5 mins from Fort Campbell, KY. The monthly rent was affordable. I had my own washer and dryer. They were quick to fix any repair requests. They promptly refunded the amount over my rent due. Lastly the move out inspection was painless.

These apartments could be great. They have great potential. Rules are meant to be enforced. There is NO smoking in apartments for a reason. Some people are physically effected by it. When you share ventilation with another apartment and they are smoking legal and illegal substances, that is unexpectable. Warning, warning, OUT!!!!!!!
