I just moved in today! The application process was easy. Throughout the whole process Monica has consistently kept in touch and made moving easy. She also made me feel welcomed. I'm in love with my apartment!

Great office staff, Great maintenance staff, concerns, questions, maintenance issues, etc., handled quickly! Property very well maintained! Rent with peace of mind!!!

I am excited to share that I was approved for the apartment rental at Newport Village today. The Sales specialist, Nanika, worked with me efficiently, clearly outlining the required documents. Within a week, I was approved. I would definitely recommend this company, as she was courteous and professional during every phone call.

I wish I could give zero stars. What this complex did to my mom and sister is atrocious. It can happen to anyone there. My sister had six leaks in her apartment and when her apartment flooded she was questioned about neglect. She was in the hospital when it happened. They just wanted her out, so they didn’t renew my mom’s lease who is her nurse caretaker. My mom lived here over 7 years as a 66 yr old woman who always paid rent on time and had no issues in her file. Monica the manager, said she could do whatever she wanted even after getting a letter from my sisters doctor begging for them to allow my mom and sister, who is on dialysis, to stay in their apartments through the winter. This woman had the nerve to hold onto their letter with zero response and left them to move right at Christ

I lived here back in 1987 for 3 yrs. In the winter the apt was freezing. They had screens but no storm windows. They promised me for years they had ordered storm windows but I never saw them. The thermostate would go down past 60°.I had to buy electric heaters. There was something in the water that made my skin break out in a rash. I couldn't take a bath, only showers. The rash was only on my legs. It went away once I got pregnant and could only take showers. I definitely wouldn't drink their water. They would tell the tenants to vacate the apts during the day so they could exterminate for roaches. All night long the smoke detectors in the hallway would go off. I don't know what kind of military stuff they were using but I ended up with MS. No one else in my family has it. They say it can
