Mr. Jim Blake came by my unit this morning with a smile. He came in, did his job and answered any questions I had. This was not the first interaction I had with Mr. Jim. He is always professional and very kind. Mr. Jim deserves to be praised and he deserves a raise. The other maintenance men could really learn from Mr. Jim. Thank you sir for your service!!

Jim replaced our dishwasher today in a timely fashion and cleaned up any mess occurred. Always very polite. Job well done!! Keep up the good work!!

The maintenance team we have now is great. When I've needed any repairs, they're always completed in a timely, professional manner.

Carlos and Jim were great! My dryer was out for three weeks while we waited on a part, but once it became clear the issue couldn’t be fixed, they went ahead and replaced it. As soon as the new one was in, they installed it right away. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I really appreciate their effort and the great service!

A great place to live. You couldn't ask for a more well maintained, better managed apartment complex. I've lived here for a little over a year and I love living here. All the people that live here, that I have come in contact with, are friendly and are good neighbors. This is a tough place to get into because it is in such demand but it is worth a try.
