Susan is incapable of doing her job, I requested proof of residency for 2 week, they said they need a legal document that I live there???, My lease is not enough???, I don't understand that statement, legal document that I live they for my building manager, idiotic question for 1 pice of document. Useless management company, also the window in my appointment hasn't been fixed for 2 years after sending several emails and phone class about it.
I just moved in and superintendent is incredibly rude and has created a barrier to me setting up my utilities (for example he got into a fight with my Verizon technician). I documented everything and complained to management. I couldn’t believe that instead of trying to get to the bottom of the issue, the manager Steve was also incredibly rude and dismissed me because he claims he’s known the super longer than he’s known me. Unfortunately I signed a lease so I am here for a year. My recommendation is to document everything and call 311 if you have to.
I called for some basic info when I moved into my apartment, the lady who answered sounded offended that I called and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to connect my phone to the buzzer machine. Horrible horrible company
STAY AWAY!!!!! This management is fraudulent. I’ve worked with many of New York’s top building management companies, and they usually aim to save residents money. Since this management took over, HOA fees have nearly doubled, from $800 to over $1,480 per month. This increase was supposed to be temporary and resolved in three years, but it’s been five years now, and they’re asking for even more money. They promised to rebuild the balconies and basement lobby for over $2 million, but all we got were the balconies. They’ve already collected over $5 million and are still demanding more.
