Newport Landing Apartments

I been living out here almost 2 years and I love it didn’t have to wait for my apartment everything was clean and ready when I moved in Ms.Frankie’was a great help, Ariel and Victoria is wonder and so helpful also Mr. Rivera any need to be done he is always on top of things when ever there’s a problem the office staff address my needs promptly I walks around the property on my walk everything is so clean and neat , I most definitely recommend anyone to move out here , I give these apartments a 10 stars, the staff goes above and beyond, I feel at home , this where I’m at and this is where I will remain. Ariel, Trish, and Victoria are amazing individuals and the community is absolutely amazing. Also a big shout out to the maintenance team for answering calls and GETTING THE WORK DOWN.

My family moved in February of 2025. The office staff is nice and professional. Ariel and Frankie answered all of my questions. Application is simple to fill out. Apartments are older, however clean. They all come with a washer and dryer. I appreciate that my rent is the same price each month. Neighborhood is quiet and grounds are kept clean. If there is an issuse maintenance responds fast. As far as reviews with pests, pest control comes out weekly and there's no charge. Very professional community. Great location as well since close to I-64 and grocery stores.

Don’t be discouraged by all the negative reviews. Def give this apartment a chance. This apartment complex has by far exceeding my expectations when looking for a place to live at short notice. The management and maintenance are up to date and will always be available if needed. If you’re military, I highly suggest giving these apartments a chance and giving them a call! Fair rent and fair utilities that are covered! If I ever go back to VA, I would def move back in.

I hate I have to do this....but I am supper unhappy and disgusted with my living conditions. Im not sure how many calls I have to make for nothing to get done and empty promises for things to be fixed. I have talked to the apartment manager several times... she makes the maintenance crew come over, and they try to tell me that there is no water damage or mold. I express my concerns about mold making me sick. I have gone so far to make an appointment with my doctor because of how unwell I have been feeling. You can clearly see the roof dipping in...my ceiling has brown water stains, large dipping foundation cracks and paint cracking all over the apartment, there is not one room that's not affected...and all they do is paint over it now and in the past.. I told them thats not going to fix t
