Newport Landing Apartments

I am writing down this review on behalf of my Aunt (Shaima Bayat) who authorized me to write this review on her behalf. They have been living in this apartment complex for the past 4 years, but unfortunately, their experience has not improved over time. Most recently, they’ve had an issue with the air conditioning unit, which stopped working during an extremely hot period. Despite reporting this to management, they were completely ignored for an entire week. On Friday, I visited the leasing office with my aunt to get an update. Instead of offering any assistance, the staff member Brenda in the office walked out, dismissing the issue as “maintenance-related.” When we asked if they could at least provide a temporary solution — such as a fan for the children’s room — we were completely ignor

I really appreciate it manager of Newport Landing Brenda, she is awesome lady at this complex, she is working so hard all the time. Everytime I visit in the office she always busy with residents and she was doing multiple tasks someone from new port landing apartments give her raise or recognized her as iron lady. Let me start with they don’t have a pool!!! That’s a lie! I’ve lived here for over 3 years. And this last year has to been the worst! They don’t ever fix nothing properly, everything and I mean everything gets rigged up and not fixed professionally. They complain if you even leave one small little bag in front of your door of trash, but yet the dumpster area always looks like a landfill Full of trash and furniture. The trash is always hanging outside of the dumpsters and it always looks a mess. I originally stayed in the back by the dumpsters and it was horrible because of the flies were horrible by my door since I lived close to the nasty over filled dumpster. They don’t do really good background so anybody can move over here and that’s why you got people over here that hit peoples cars

I was a responsible tenant at Newport Landings Apartments, always paying rent on time and following my lease agreement. In return, I was met with filthy living conditions, ignored maintenance requests, and complete unprofessionalism from management. Serious Issues with the Apartment Roach Infestation & Other Pests – The unit was crawling with cockroaches, and despite multiple complaints, management never properly addressed it. Salamanders Inside the Apartment – On multiple occasions, I found salamanders inside my unit, a clear sign that the apartment was not properly sealed and had serious maintenance issues.
