Newport Highlands

Living here has become increasingly frustrating due to the complete lack of control over pet-related issues. Dog waste and urine are constantly left in common areas, sidewalks, and near building entrances, creating unsanitary and unpleasant conditions for residents. Management does not appear to enforce cleanup policies, and complaints about the issue have gone nowhere. The overall environment feels like it’s declining because basic community standards are no longer being maintained. Until property management takes responsibility and enforces its own rules, the quality of living here will continue to drop.

My husband and I have lived here for over a decade: maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the grounds neat and safe, management is swift with returning calls and repairing issues. Shout out to Mark, our favorite maintenance man, who is not only courteous and professional, but an incredibly hard worker.

Staff used to be amazing but it all went downhill from there, the emergency line doesn't work takes them atleast 15 minutes to answer and takes hours to even get in contact with the office beacuse they don't answer there phone's. If a appointment is made they either come days early or late never at the scheduled time. Also the windows are very bad you can hear people conversations outside with windows shut. Very disappointed with new staff. And new windows that were mandatory to be put in.

Nice place to live!! Quiet and well maintained. Great neighbors.

Pleasant neighborhood and clean living. Prompt and competent maintenence crew. Very homey!
