I want to say to Rose thank you so much for being you. I stopped by to inquire about The Flats at Newport News when I walked in the lady name Rose ask me to have a seat and then we proceeded to talk about Newport Crossing. I didn’t even know that diamond in the rough was even back there. Rose even took the time to give me a tour in the rain/sleet of one of the units. I really loved it… I had been feeling a little down lately because I haven’t been able to find anywhere to live but just talking to Rose made me feel better. Horrible way to start my birthday. Woke up to head out and celebrate and couldnt find my vehicle. My car was tow for being parked where ive always parked, there was our neighbors cop car behind me, and two more vehicles parked behind him. NO TOWING SIGN. My husband is a cop who gets home @ 3:30am, the office is very well aware of how crowded it gets, at that time with no parking where is he supposed to park? We dont have parking tickets in the complex, they keeping sending email about getting and never do, we only have two vehicles. My husband goes to the office, and with her attitude tells him she is not on the clock to be answering any questions. (Customer service on point), provides him with Towing company info, which was not the correct, we were able to get the right towing company fro

Been here for four months now. It's a hidden gem that's tucked away but still close to everything. Cherie and Rose are top notch and the maintenance crew is amazing.

Renewing for my 3rd year here. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Rose and Jennifer. They are wonderful to work with and go above and beyond to help you. I cannot forget to mention Sedrick who takes care of everything maintenance related. He is so pleasant and very quick to complete your work order. Best community I have ever lived in, and the staff make it worth it.

Just stoping by to give SEDRICK MANY MANY WRITTEN STARS. This is our second year and i have nothing but great things to say. But our maintenance is just TOP NOTCH. 4th of July our a/c stopped working, we brought this to his attention, mind you he is off and abt to head out and enjoy his vacation, he made sure our A/C was up and running before leaving. Since we moved in we have never encountered an issue he cant fix in a promptly manner. He is so so attentive and so polite. He keeps this property so so well.
