Two crazy answering clerks weirdly said I can't talk to a supervisor to express concerns about Industry-wide blacklists because I didn't pay my relicensing fee yet. That makes no sense because they have a general duty towards me to ensure ethics are upheld, and this is my business.
Well organized and responsive.
I've been a member since 2009. It's a great establishment and location. I like the events that they hold.
