Joe Guadamuz was the best maintenance man I’ve ever worked with. He always showed up quickly, fixed everything the right way the first time, and was so friendly and professional. You can tell he really cares about the people he helps. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped onto the property with Maritza, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and belonging. Apartment tours are usually stressful, yet this one felt effortless—almost as if it was meant to be. It was like divine intervention, as though the property had chosen me instead of the other way around. The neighborhood is wonderful, but it’s the warmth, care, and customer service that truly set this place apart. Under this management team, it feels less like leasing an apartment and more like finding a home. 🙏🏼

The best apartment complex in the area, great professional maintenance service by Joe and excellent customer service by Maritza in the office, not the newest complex but latest reviews seems like are a couple of people that are not happy or angry, but if they wanted live better???? Go ahead and pay a lot more $$$$ in a brand new property, anyways, I live on that kinda properties before and never have the service that the staff of Newport at Clear Lake give to the residents, besides that, over here it's peaceful and not crimes,I love to live here and very affordable 😀

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT THIS HOLE IN THE WALL PLACE !!!! 3yrs begging them to fix the ac and rainy days looked like a water park inside because of holes in the ceiling and 3 weeks later, one day from sending a notice about all the problems to manager/place owner to get a message with, sorry I was on vacation on a cruise when I have suffered with no air conditioning, very hot, humid in the apartment, than flooded everywhere outside puddles covering up to your anckles because here they do not want to pay to fix foundation issues, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

🚫 Issued a fraudulent eviction notice despite my account being fully paid. 🚫 Refused accountability for staff misconduct and swept it under the rug. 🚫 Discarded/ignored my move-in checklist, setting tenants up to be fraudulently charged for pre-existing damages. 🚫 Neglected basic maintenance for months, leaving me stuck with unsafe, deteriorating conditions. 🚫 Tried to intimidate me with a retaliatory inspection right before move-out. 🚫 Delivered contradictory and misleading responses to formal complaints, including written statements that directly conflict with each other. Capstone Real Estate and this apartment management is predatory, dishonest, and grossly negligent. They weaponize paperwork, stall maintenance, and harass tenants instead of providing fair, professional service. N
