Newmark

Based on my experience, I am not able to recommend Newmark with respect to commission payment timeliness. I executed a co-broker agreement, and the commission was structured to be paid in several installments. The first installment was delayed by roughly four months, and the second installment remains outstanding. Although I have followed up, the payment has not been received within the expected period, and updates on timing have been inconsistent. Commission handling should be transparent, timely, and consistent with the written agreement. I hope the company improves its payment and communication processes for co-brokers and external partners.
