Avoid Rhonda and NewMark Homes at all costs! Our experience with NewMark Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. At first, Rhonda, our sales representative, was friendly and accommodating—until we signed the paperwork. From that point on, her response to any question or concern was a flat “no.” There was no effort to resolve issues or even listen to us. She became completely uncooperative, and our construction manager couldn’t make a single decision without her approval. What started as a promising experience quickly turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. Throughout the construction process, the quality of workmanship has been appalling.
