Newman Village Apartments in Richmond

I have been a residence for 20 years in the first 10 years was absolutely good, but I moved over to the other side of the apartments and it’s been terrible every sense… property management is horrible..VERY unprofessional. Absolutely no respect for the human life. Property needs to be condemned because it’s full of mold. All residents are getting sick. Community manager and Regional manager Newman don’t care about the residence health at all very nasty and inconsiderate. Maintenance is very unprofessional and untrustworthy to be in your home. Please don’t move here you could end up dying, moving into a molded apartment not being awared. You would be better off living on the street.

For years it’s been a revolving door of employees different men coming in and out in no uniform uneducated rental office managers that doesn’t care nor respect the tenants. We are harassed about rent that we don’t owe because they can’t keep up because they are never doing their job properly it sucks that the tenants have to go thru this we supposed to get a budget maintenance steals so we don’t the door is always lock we have to make appointments but they half way answer just terrible

I applied for two bedroom on August 2017 but I haven’t heard anything from the leasing office about it yet. When I ask her. she says, just wait!

I love the upkeep of the place very quiet druing the day oh but i was suprise to see the times teenergers and the little ones would be coming out of they homes to play and make noise, cars with loud songs i dont understand,it like everybody smokes.oh i feel sorry for the little one i dont see or hear than during the daytime, but when i am about to go to bed with my son thats when they come out .what we show and teach our little one is they will keep for the rest of they lives.

My mom put a Application in about 2018 and kept calling and walking up to find out they took her name off the list when ask y they tried to say she didn't respond to the back but we just had talked to them 2 days before that and she said my mom was still on the list my mom 63 and homeless
