Newberry Commons

This apartment complex is very nice, it is very nice at night as well very well light, multiple cameras around the building and very well painted and maintained. More upgrades coming soon.

I have a close friend that lives here and it is one of the most poorly managed properties I’ve come across. This mattress and furniture trash has been sitting out in the open for months potentially attracting rodents and luring other pests closer to the apartments. There is no security cameras and is very vulnerable to potential crimes. My friend tried to get Hannah who oversees the property to approach the mold problem and she turned the situation away and said it was not her responsibility. Not a good landlord to work with.

I've lived here going on two years and after Gig City took over, it's only gotten better! My wife and I really love and appreciate Dale and the work everyone does to keep improving our quality of life!

I want to move here I'm not trying to deal with no roaches do you guys still have that problem?

We are so pleased with the Newberry Commons this place looks fabulous now and the laundry room it is awesome never have we been in a place like this before I feel like we're living in a palace gig City has done a tremendous job we are so happy we found a place we can call home they are real nice people and they help their tenants they don't hurt their tenants we love our property manager keep up the good work the Morgans
