Newberry Apartments-Grove City

I have lived here for about a month and a half and everything was great. Parking is always available, welcomes pets, rent is a good price, close to I-79 and the outlets. However about a week ago we found BLACK MOLD in the attic...... we informed the apartment management asap and first they tried to tell us it wasn't that bad and then they tried blaming it on us and now we have all of our things that were in the attic sitting in our living room. Also there is still mold, a fan and humidifier running 24/7 at our expense. The last time I spoke to the apartment management I was told " I don't know what to tell you. " I am sick to my stomach because we just started this lease. If you do decide to live here really really check the place out before you say yes.

I am so happy with this Apartment, it is totally refurbished and beautiful!! The staff are Amazing !! They have done so much to make sure I am well taken care of !!! Breanna the manager, is so friendly and really is an amazing Manager !!! Mark the maintenance man is always so very efficient and works really hard to Assure that everything is taken care of! If you are looking for a wonderful place to live, this would be it!
