I can't attest to the other reviews or experiences but from my own experience...This company has your back!!! They are responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and FAST! Home buying can be a crazy experience and lenders can ask for a ton of docs and signatures that seem like they are taking you in circles, but if you trust this team and are as motivated and responsive as they are and provide them the correct info, this team will get it done!!! This is my second time working with New West Lending and I don't think I could be in better hands. Thank you Bob and your team for getting it done!!

If I could give 0 stars i would . Janette chacon was our loan officer. She ran my credit we were working with her , the market is very crazy right now i submitted many offers and still no luck . Not even a month with working with her and she lost patience. Since day 1 she would messed up alot on my prequal , she messed up on my name , last name , middle name , dates , numbers . Then She stop answering my calls or texts instead of telling me she not interested in working with us . She just stop answering and made me waste my time . Now i have to go with another loan officer and run my credit again because of her . I DO NOT RECOMMEND JANETTE CHACON .

Bob and Danielle at New West Lending are absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a more seamless process. We were referred to them from our realtor because they work FAST. We could have closed in a week if we wanted to!

I would have to agree with all the other reviews on this page if I could give them 0 absolutely horrible service they ask for all your personal information and then they never get back to you they need to be audited by the Better Business Bureau I don’t see how they are still in business specially having your personal and confidential information a first grader would absolutely know how to deal with this better than them very bad service service they have no clue what they are doing I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me and this has been almost 2 months or more maybe Martin and Susie were my loan officers.
