We had Shane and his crew paint the exterior of our house. He and crew came out for the quote, actually came out to paint, do a few touch ups, and price at end of project was the same as quoted price! If you live in the Poconos, you know this kind of workmanship/professionalism is hard to find. I have many plants around the foundation and the yard. I did mark them because since many were small and native, they are hard to distinguish from weeds. Not one was stepped on! We will definitely be having him do future projects. Please do not work with this company. I am owed over $20k across multiple properties. They are scammers and will steal your money. They are keeping security deposits which is ILLEGAL. They offered rent protection but don’t even know how to file a claim, which led to thousands of lost revenue. I terminated my property management agreement in February because they were not sending me the rent being collected. Tenants were complaining about the lack of communication. It’s been months since termination and I haven’t received a dime. No communication.

As a property owner working with the company communication is lacking. It could take well past 24 hrs, sometimes 48hrs to get a return call regarding concerns. It’s best to send emails. The manager is often out of the office, which is fine, but at least be able to provide the secretary enough information to provide clients versus only being able to take messages. During a period where we didn’t have a tenant the key went missing from the lockbox which is an important detail to communicate. It was not communicated until weeks later, with a reply of “I thought I told you”. When it came to any repairs, they never seem like they were prioritized. It was often a response of “ Im not sure when repairs or cleaning would be done.” As an owner for quicker turn around time we would take things

There are better options. They speak a good line but it is all BS. You've been warned.

Scammed me out of 7000 in a rent to own scam in 2022, they rented my dad a roach invested property and when he wanted his money back, they only gave him half. They didnt do a walk through, they took advantage because he really needed somewhere to stay. Akita is horrible to conduct business with, she put a negative report on my credit for telling the truth. Dont do business with them.
