New Riviera Apartments

I am posting this review for all to see. I lived at these apartments for a year and a couple of months during my time here I never paid my rent late always kept my apartment neat and clean upon moving out gave my notice clean the apartment had a walk-through with the office staff, six weeks later call to see where my deposit was. I was told I was not getting it back because I had damaged the apartment I received a document stating everything was in good working order this company will keep your deposit no matter what they are fraudulently keeping your deposits making up lies now some people that do live here. I love my apartment here. Management (Wendy and Yvonne) are awesome. I've been here 2 years and only had one issue. I reported the issue and it was resolved quickly. They make sure maintenance is taken care in a timely manner as well.

Just moved back here from corpus. Was told that there was on-site security and that the places got cleaned up. I dealt with homeless people digging in the trash can banging on cars every night not even 2 weeks of living there. My car was broken into and stolen and then everything was thrown out of my car. Management said that they were going to work with me to replace the paycheck that was stolen. Instead they started filing the eviction and my car was broken into once again. On top of that there was a neighbor that had five dogs. Very strong animal smell came through my apartment the whole time. They never once tried to fix it until they kicked the people out and then it still tore up. It's apartment 517. Is it still tore up with sewage at 5:15? I'm sorry so if you want to live in the Riv

They were so nice and application process easy

Lived here since October 2023, good start of an apartment, but be prepared to hear gun shots, see cops, fire department, or paramedics at any time. Bad kids running around as well through all hours, and if you work from home, invest in your own wifi. Idk how many times we've had noninternet here since we been here but it's been hectic. We also had to wait until March to get our mail key as well. But for $875 for a larger one bedroom all bills paid, it wasn't to horrible.
