I am friends with Elo. Elo has shown a friendship to me that is from the goodwill she has for the residents living In the Atlantic. Her job to oversee day to day living and the unexpected. She is above expectation and never shows her clients any stress—just a smile and calm demeanor. Bravo Elo. Thank you for being special.

My mom and I recently moved here this past year, and we were really excited to move into our new apartment. The whole process of moving into here was amazing. Two people that really made our experience smooth sailing was Phil and Marvia. Both had welcomed me and my mom with warm and loving energy. Any problems we have had with our apartment, which is little to none, they have been supportive and very good with communicating. We have only lived her for a year and some months and I’ve enjoyed New Neighborhoods.

My experience with New Neighborhoods has been truly rewarding. They go beyond providing housing by building strong relationships with residents and keeping them engaged through programs and activities that empower and enrich their lives. Their commitment to community, support, and resident well-being sets them apart.

I can’t say enough good things about Takai at New Neighborhoods, Inc.! He is always organized, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As an administrative assistant, Takai goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, respected, and supported. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t just do his job — he makes people’s days better.
