My husband and I have worked with Erica twice to buy a new home, and we are going to have her list our current home for sale. She is truly amazing. She is incredibly committed, responsive, and knowledgeable. I never fear that she is trying to lead us astray or pressure us in any way. She makes looking at houses fun, and efficient (whispering little home care tips as we walk around the house). No matter how crazy we or the seller has gotten, she handles it with dignity and respect. She listens to our worries and gives great (and reserved) guidance to help us feel safe in our decisions, but to know that they are OUR decisions.

I honestly cannot imagine dealing with a more incompetent, ignorant but at the same time arrogant Agent. It’s a long story but the entire process of our home sale was a disaster and lites every single issue was directly the fault of Erica Giacomi. She repeatedly gave us terrible advice. She repeatedly withheld information and refused to convey information. I will be filing a complaint with the Real Estate Commission and I cannot urge the public strongly enough to avoid dealing with this company.

If you are a buyer looking for an investment property avoid this firm and Erica. I call them today looking to for help with buy properties. Erica said no thank you and hung up. I called back to see if the line dropped and was told she was not interested in helping me. Please find another agent guys avoid avoid avoid.
