The remaining detached single family home sites that are still available are first of all: way too over priced, not to mention that the majority of the home sites are just a few meters away from giant power line towers (may be okay for some, but for others power lines can hamper the aesthetics of a house, decrease resale value, can potentially increase your risk of developing cancer). By the way, there's also a diary farm with visible livestock just a few meters away from the perimeter wall of the community (we were riding a golfcart for a guided tour, & the smell was just unbearable that we all have to cover our nose except for our tour guide.
