New Foundations Property Management

I am settled into my new home and I wanted to take a minute and share my recommendation for the rental company that helped me. I had to make a big move from out of state and I was dreading the complicated process of trying to choose a good place while living far away and not being familiar with the area. I responsed to a listing online and they wrote me back super quick and asked me what I was looking for. She responsed with a bunch of listing that fit my criteria and I was able to make an appointment for viewing for the next day. Shelley was so accommodating to me when was stressed and fumbling around with times etc. I ended up falling in love with the property, I dont think it was luck, they have a collection of great choices! The sign on process was super easy, I never knew it could be.

New Foundations Property Management has been nothing short of amazing. They truly helped my family and I during a very difficult time. Because of them, we are now in our new home, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful—going above and beyond by working weekends to assist us. They even surprised us with flowers for our new home and cupcakes for our kids, which meant more than they even know. I had family ask who our property management was because they could see how great the experience was. I would absolutely recommend New Foundations Property Management to anyone. 10/10! 🏡🔑

Shelly is awful. She didnt run a background check or credit/income verification on potential tenants. She didnt inform them of an HOA. She stole their deposit when they moved out. And everytime they messaged her she redirected them to me or blamed me for delays (when she never notifoed me of the problem to begin with). Whats the ppint in having her manage my property? now im being dragged into a lawsuit becasue she involved me so much in her unethical behaviors.

Best property manager. Shelly is a great help. When I lived out of state she took care of my property seamlessly. I then needed her services again years later. Anytime I needed help she was a wonderful resource. Anytime a repair was needed it happened quickly and the work is well done. I only stopped with her services cause I sold my property. She is very thoughtful in screening tenants. She keeps great records and it makes everything simple. I have and will continue to recommend her to landlords and tenants.

This Wonderful Property Management company is as professional yet caring as it gets! Communication is on point and maintenance request are fast and effective.
