Ken was very thorough and professional with our home inspection, we had a great experience! He is very knowledgeable, and sent us everything we needed in a timely fashion. As a first-time home buyer, I highly recommend Ken. He arrived early and then spent virtually his entire afternoon walking room by room (and around the property with us). He didn't merely point out what he was going to write in his report, he also gave us extremely valuable context related to the findings and to areas that we were going to have to pay attention to 5-10 years down the road. He was informative and educational, and I filled multiple pages in my notebook jotting down his insights.

I had Ken Taylor come out and do an inspection for us before we got our new home. When I say how professional he was I am underselling it. Every room we would go into he would point something out and explain how to fix it or if it's a big deal to be done right away. Great service, awesome guy. When I get my next property I'll only be using them.
