New Earth Residential

Hello. I've been living at the Harmon location for almost 2 years and I have no plans to move. The entire staff is wonderful and it's quite and drama free. Due to the security staff, I feel safe and the maintenance crew is really on the ball. Great pool, gym and laundry rooms. The grounds are well maintained and every holiday they plan a cool fun little event. Awesome community.

I strongly advise anyone looking for housing to avoid renting from any property connected to New Earth Residential. Despite charging extremely high rent, the majority of their properties are poorly maintained. Basic upkeep is neglected, repairs are slow or ignored, and issues that directly affect quality of life are treated as inconveniences rather than responsibilities. What’s most concerning is their staffing model. They clearly prioritize cutting costs over competence. They hire the cheapest labor possible, resulting in employees who are untrained, unqualified, and often completely unresponsive. I have been here for almost two years. I love it here for the peace and quiet. If I have had a problem with apartment it's fixed that day. maintenance guys are on it. I have only had to contact them twice but as I said it was fixed that day. I never had a problem getting in contact with office. Ladies have always been there and helpful. I am the worst when it comes to nit-picking about things. But in all honesty there is little to nothing to nit pick about here at least not from my experience.

I wish I could give these people a zero rating! They are the absolute worst rental agency i have ever unfortunately had to deal with. I can never get in contact with anyone in the office. Payments have changed for 3 months in a row, my plumbing is falling apart and not getting fixed for over 2 months. Especially the bugs that have no over run this apartment complex. I have lived here since 2019 and never had such a bad experience till now! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I will be contacting the city about how terrible they have been when it comes to facilitating a clean and liveable environment. Now I just got a notice on my door that they no longer accept online payment and didnt give the address to drop off payment. What am I to do now when no one seems to answer any phone calls.

My leasing experience with Camino al Norte went very well. The leasing agents Maria, Vanessa, and Brandy went above and beyond to get me into my new home. I love it here, it is very peaceful and a great community to live in. Even with the busy schedules these ladies have they do what they have to do to make sure your needs are met. This place is highly recommended.Great job ladies!!!
