New Detroit PM

The previous Property manager was disastrous. New Detroit PM is significantly better and doing a good job. But patience is needed; they have a ton of renovations to do. The ancien property manager never did anything, and never came !!!

This management company has been consistently negligent in its responsibilities. Since assuming control, they have failed to address numerous issues, including the absence of heat in my apartment during the dead of winter. Despite filing multiple complaints with the Housing Authority, no meaningful actions have been taken. Remarkably, the company has demanded timely rent payments without addressing the critical repairs needed, such as the hot water system and heating. These repairs are essential for our comfort and well-being. While the apartments themselves are adequate, I have had two management companies since moving in, and neither has taken any proactive steps to improve the living conditions.

Company fails to respond in a timely fashion. Have made various attempts to get invoices paid from the previous year. I would highly not recommend especially if they work with vendors this way can only imagine how tenants are taken care of.

WARNING!! Do not do any business with this company!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! SLUMLORDS TO THE MAXIMUM!! Did some contractor work for this company in January, now it's March and I'm still fighting to have my invoice paid. Had to put a lien on their property. Can't wait to take these scammers to court!! EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WITH NEW DETROIT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT !!!!

Terrible neglected no furnace its been 2 years bo one ever came and did a wellness check I call over and over,all talk no results,mutual property took $4,00 rmthen lost half or all there previously properties feel like dejavu no furnace no heat I put my own hot water tank in pain windows reinforce the top porch put windows in keeping up with the maintenance,I want to be treated like a human.!!!!!!
