New Colony Apartments

The location is great, right on the spring creek trail and by Rolland Moore park. Some neighbors are nice. The ranch style apartments are also nice. I was sad to leave in some aspects. BUT, the management RUINS it. The women are SO SO rude!! They talk to you like you are a child and are disrespectful even if you are a perfect tenant. They also play favorites. They also left a pregnant woman without a working kitchen sink for almost a week in the middle of the summer. The dryers were always out of service and they “lease” them, so they take no responsibility for fixing them.

If you can't have a yard for your pup, this is the best place to be! These apartments back up to both 2 natural areas and Rolland Moore park. You have an ample amount of green space right outside your door. The one level units are nice and maintenance is very helpful when things need fixing. The front office staff has also been very nice to us in our 6 years here.

Lived here for 4 years and haven't had any problems with maintenance or management. Same day fixes on heat and A/C when I called. Rent price has gone up a bit since then but that's nothing new for rentals in Fort Collins. Policies are strictly enforced, and I see that as a benefit to living here. I don't cause problems and my neighbors are all nice and mostly keep to themselves. I really like the ranch style apartments because I have less shared walls with my neighbors so it's quieter. It's simple but I like it. It's a unique place to live with flexible options for leases. Make sure to read and ask questions during the application phase.

Moved here from out of state and Delma really helped me to transition into my new space comfortably! She has always been a pleasure to talk to when it came to anything about my apartment!
