New Brunswick Apartments

My significant other and I called and emailed multiple times, only getting through once. We were interested in renting a place and on this call they said they have availability. We asked to look at a one bedroom and they said their supervisor would call us back to book the tour. It's been over a week and no word once again. Terrible for a place trying to get their apartments rented! Lost complete interest and it is probably a blessing in disguise based on all of these other reviews.

By far one of The best maintenance staff I’ve ever met , Very friendly and welcoming . I’ve lived in two other complex developments and always had problems with response times and things getting fixed. I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .

I can't rate it because I haven't seen it. However, the pictures look nice but in my very long experience of searching for a clean, safe, adequate & of course affordable apartment, the pictures are never adequate. Additionally what raises my concern is they don't have the rental proses listed..??!! Hmmm I find that odd and it's the first time for me. I obtained the information of an apt. For rent through NJ HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER because I need to stay away from credit checks due to being disabled & Medical bills were not billed correctly, also I have a Housing Voucher. They gave me the address & a price for a 1 BR @ $1175 but after I called the number I got Premier Properties. I'm finding it hard to believe they wouldn't require a Credit Check. However, the Lord My God has plans for me,

Great location! However the complex and the workers are HORRIBLE! Infested with mice and cockroaches! Have not even been here a full year. Maintenance takes forever to do anything. The rental office is always busy...how?...not sure! My best advice is if you want to live in a place that is nasty and terrible? By all means Welcome! Other than that find somewhere better!

After living here several years I can honestly say these apartments have potential if upkeep was followed through and they weren’t infested with mice. Mice EVERYWHERE all the time. In one day, caught 5. Have a baby and can’t even have him crawl around because of constant rat droppings and the potential of him ingesting it and becoming ill is a daily hinderance. Apartments getting shot up, appliances not working, mail never received on time, If things were different, it would be a great apartment complex. Good location, easy access to major roadways and stores, super close to major hospitals, corner store/deli.
