New Bern Crossings

I like the lease signing process because of the young adults living with me. The representative goes through the entire lease and signing process with you and she does an excellent job. New Bern Crossing apartments is a brand new community, they just finished with the buildings In September 2025. I put a deposit for my apartment to hold it in late summer 2025. They did let me know that the deposit was nonrefundable so if I changed my mind, I would lose that deposit I was willing to take the risk. I have a three bedroom apartment that is beautiful and spacious, except for one of the bedrooms which is small but still has a queen sized bed and small desk. The staff is friendly and courteous. There Is however a lot of paperwork that had to be done multiple times because of compliance.

Our experience was top tier, we got in and viewed our new place and loved it! Would definitely recommend. And the Leasing Agent Jasmine was super nice and helpful.

Jasmine, Princess and Katie has been the best and very on point with there communication. They walked me and my family thru the process and was very patient. I love they customer service and they are very transparent and honest. I love them and I wanna thank y'all for allowing me and my kids to be apart of the NBC family.

Staff members, Katy, Princess, and Jasmin, were very professional, helpful, and so courteous from the start of the application process to signing the lease and now with tenant support. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, well designed, and the buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained.

This place is too good to be true. The area is rough, and they are all about money, I am displaced and they kept my deposit after 6 days and me deciding this place wasn't for me. I had to wait for my unit to be available and once it was they weren't willing to work with me and never told me my deposit would be kept after 72 hours. One manager told me it was a 7 day policy and the told me 72 hours. So nothing made sense and nothing was ever worded to me about my deposit. Only thing I was told is after the 15th of late rent, the eviction process would begin. They are all about taking from the poor. The staff isn't not helpful at all and will doge your calls after taking your deposit. And they never tell you that your deposit is being kept.
