I'm writing this review in response to Baily Lowes review of New Beginnings Mortgage. My wife and I were the other party in this real estate transaction! We had hoped to close earlier but still made the deadline, this had nothing to with Mr. Ross. In this case due to the order of closings on our old house and new house we had to rob Peter to pay Paul. During this stressful time, Reggie Ross walked us through the process and made sure that everyone achieved their goal. We have refinaced twice and purchased three houses with Reggie Rosses help, we couldnt imagine using anyone else's services for a process that could be confusing and stressful but has been made easy! Thanks for all the help Reggie! We love our new home!

Reginald Ross slowed down our closing to a whopping 51 days. The buyers wanted a quick sale, and we originally intended to close a minimum of 14 days before the actual closing was scheduled. After our buyers transferred their money to New Beginnings, Reginald went "dark"-- no one could get any answers and their money was in limbo. What a scary feeling for someone who has wired an entire down payment!!! On our end-- as the seller-- we had to push the closing of our new home, as well as pay an additional $500 in storage fees. Reginald cost not only his buyers and their agent, but us the sellers, our title company, our seller, and our two agents on both ends of the process an extreme amount of stress and rearranging. In my experience, I would say that New Beginnings is NOT a reputable company

Highly recommend Mr. Ross if you're looking for help on a mortgage. He was happy to take whatever time necessary to explain the process and answer any and all questions we had. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he gave us peace of mind and ensured we were getting the best rates on our loan. He also saved us money in title when the realty company was pushing us towards a more expensive title company. Can't thank him enough for his help!
