Very poor experience. The loan officer lied on multiple occasions. Claimed file was clear to close and yet came back delayed three additional days after supposed CTC needing more documents. Claimed they had run out of money for funding on one occasion. Also, claimed a computer glitch and underwriting could not move file to funding- the reason they could send loan documents to attorney on a different day. And that night then needed an FHA addendum signed by the seller. This would have been done way before a CTC is given. Use a local lender your realtor has worked that knows what they are doing and doesn’t lie.
