Brad is honestly the most supportive, understanding person. We were never treated like a number, our circumstances were always taken into consideration and we were well cared for. Buying a house is super stressful, especially when those circumstances aren't great. He worked super hard to make this happen for our family and we will never forget him. Unfortunately I didn't have good experience. I chose this company because of it's reviews. I was working with Naomi for a little over 2 months. She was extremely helpful even told me ways to raise my credit. In December she did a soft credit check and said "I could probably get you pre-approved ". I decided to wait as I had just paid off some debt that wasnt showing on my credit report. Once my credit report was updated. I called her back. She ran a hard check and seemed very excited that my scores were higher than expected. She then called and said "I'm sending your information to the under writer" that was a month ago. I've called and emailed no reply. I did recieve a copy of my scores in the mail but nothing saying I was denied or approved. So I figured I must not have been approved. I
