I've been a renter for Over 30 years. It's very important to have good property management company. I have left good and bad reviews for these companies. Nevada Desert Reality is by far the best. We had a small issue with drains, not draining fast enough, causing some leaks through the plunger In both bathrooms.. Almost immediately there was a proper plumber here, taking pictures of the situation and then showing back up 2 hours later with the parts and by noon both of my bathrooms have new faucets, new drains and new plungers. Michael and Anna are very professional handling two properties we needed to sell. As sellers we were out of state as this was a sensitive issue. They successfully managed both properties for us, were very sensitive to our tenant working around his schedule when showing, I think the best thing was finding a buyer who wanted an investment allowing our tenant to stay as a renter.
