Rudest, most judgemental business owners I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with and I feel sorry for anyone who actually deals with them. My husband and I had tire trouble, and had to stop here(he owns his house just two blocks up but my whole lower control arm was busted). At risk to my vehicle we moved it as out of the way as possible, informed them of the situation every step of the way. Only to have the cops show up. Then the tow truck. My husband had just gone to gas station to fill tire up, and even after they saw that she still had the nerve to try to threaten us saying the tower was coming back with the cops again! I would NEVER rent from this woman again. Robbie is the absolute WORST landlord you can have. First off, she's very rude and has no people skills. We rented from her for over 2 years and she was nothing but problems. She gave us 1 month notice to leave our property because "The owners wanted it back." Needless to say, she took us to court after the notice because we did not have enough time to find a place for us. We had to vacate in 7 days. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and my mother who lived there as well is disabled. Needless to say AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Started renting from them in 2005. Moved from one property to what ended up to three different properties over a 20 year period. Every time we moved Robbie at Network Realty would find reasons to keep our deposits in spite of our 10+ years wear-and-tear expectations in a home. We took extra special care of every single home we lived in and we double scrubbed before we left but she always decided that she was going to charge us buca bucks for "cleaning". I even had photos every time. We never moved into a clean home but that didn't matter to Robbie. I'm so, so glad we finally bought our home and that we were able to get away from the tyrant of Network Realty. I rented a town house through Network Realty for about a year and had a fantastic experience. The office is clearly a "family-style" office that feels warm and welcoming though still absolutely professional. If I ever had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. The whole process of moving (both in and out) was always friendly and everything you would ever want a landlord relationship to be. It was convenient to pay rent online and I never had an issue. I loved the house and actually did not plan on moving. When I had to give notice (we had an unexpected occasion that came up), I had no problems and was actually sad to leave. While I love my new house very much, I would absolutely rent from Robbie and Melanie again and have recommended them to others.

Robbie and her team have managed my property for a number of years. Communication was always good and they handled any and all problems with efficiency and professionalism, while maintaining a warm family-like relationship. Most recently, when I was ready to sell, Robbie listed my house and we had a buyer very quickly. Robbie's insight and recommendations for fixing up the property for sale and negotiating with the buyer were always in my best interest. I highly recommend Network Realty and Robbie Childs and her team any residential real estate needs!
