Netcong Heights

My wife and I had a wonderful experience living at Netcong Heights Apartments. Mary and the leasing office staff are always very friendly, personable, professional, and incredibly responsive — they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team deserves special mention too; they respond quickly to any request and always do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. The location couldn’t be more convenient — close to major highways, shopping, and dining, yet the community itself remains peaceful and quiet. It’s a safe, well-kept neighborhood where you can relax and feel at home. I highly recommend Netcong Heights Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and convenient place to live! 5 STARS +

Moved in recently and wanted to share my thoughts on Netcong Heights. First, the cost to benefit ratio is pretty decent given how close you are to shopping and retail, major highways, medical care, mass transit, etc. It's North Jersey so nothing is cheap, but my apartment came with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Parking is not assigned (thank goodness). Every staff member I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful including maintenance when one of my keys wouldn't work. Could the complex use some more trees/flowers and general landscaping TLC? Sure. Is the Netcong school district stellar? Eh. But all in all it's a nice place and I can barely hear my neighbors so bonus!

Nice area, and quick response when you need something fixed. Would like to see some renovations done. The apartments are a little out dated.

As usual our maintenance experience was 5 Star. Nick as always was an amazing help. Professional, on time, thorough and neat. We had been having issues with our dishwasher for a bit of time prior to our maintenance request but having a brand new one installed was beyond our expectation. Considering they just repainted the entire apartment this was a big bonus. We are thrilled and feel valued as residents of Netcong Heights. We have friends at other complexes who are amazed at the care we are afforded here (and jealous). Great job again from the whole team! If you are looking for an apartment definitely consider Netcong Heights!

I lived at Netcong Heights for nearly 5 years, I felt safe, it was quiet, close to any store I wanted. Great location ! Close to 80 and 206! Maintenance always responsive and quick! Even if I had to bother them to change lights in the ceiling ( height issue 😂) leasing office was always pleasant the few times I had to talk to them— they made moving in simple and moving out simple! Great price , safe environment, homey apartment, balcony is a huge plus and they keep the grounds looking beautiful!!
