I rented there for a year and 5 months. They evicted me in September due to not giving prof that my fiancé and kids didn’t live there with me. But the neighbors were looking in my window. They refused to send me back my security deposit. So I brought them to court they were ordered to give me back my Octobers rent of $177 but they could keep my security deposit of $514.04 the Total damage charges they charged me for added up to $410. But I got a check for $104.05. Take 514.05 - 410.00 = 104.05. So there for I never got my rent money back I got the remainder of my security deposit. Then they lied to the judge by saying my damages were more than my security deposit which they were charging me late fees from rent that they received on time. Management (Manager- Reed) is unprofessional and rude to his clients and staff. The owners are aware of the problem yet ignore this managers behaviors and does nothing to stop it. This is a RED FLAG which shows the kind of place a person may want to seek out other apartments to rent and/or other employment with this company.

Place of living has black mold
