Unfortunately I’m stuck living in these crapy apartments but basically roach infested and horrible maintenance issues. They refuse to fix A/C and flooding problems. The pool looks shady as well and I would never swim in it. They took forever to fix a leak in the bathroom and possible mold issues as well.

UPDATE: we got bought out by a new management company. And at first I was scared of how that would look. But this management company is awesome. Marisol is still here which I love because she is great. But Jesse is now the manager (I think). And I can honestly say being under this company is the best I’ve felt renting with an apartment ever. Say what you want about this property but they are doing everything they can to make it a good experience for the renters. I’ve been here for almost a year. And my opinion has not changed. I love these apartments. I love the neighbors. And I love his respect let property management is to tenants. We even celebrate their birthdays 😂😂. I moved here a couple months ago and so far I love it! I’ve only had a couple minor very fixable very common issues.

I moved in Monday, it hasn’t even been a week. Day one apartment was not clean , ac is not working. Door does not close unless it’s locked. Lady at the office said “ oh that normal” in what world is that normal. I’m starting to see they ignore your request, they don’t reply to emails and they cancel maintenance orders. Laundry room is disgusting!! I don’t know if no one ever goes to clean it , but washers are so nasty. The dryers you can see on the wall where they have a leak going on. They’re very quick to take your money but refuse to fix everything! They also expect for rent to be on time. Well I expect for all my issues and concerns to be fixed on time as well. I would like to reach out to corporate ASAP!

Another thank you to Barbara and her team! I had someone parking in my reserved parking space and she immediately contacted the vehicle owner and got the mistake corrected right away. I have to say that I am very impressed with Barbara and her team -- it looks like we FINALLY have a management team that actually cares about the property and the residents. In all the time I've lived here, she is the first person to honestly care about residents and she is a top notch property manager. Kudos to Barbara!
