Angela knows the area very well and also gave me advice as to builders and quality of work. She was very responsive to any of my needs or additional issues that came up during the escrow process. Just stopping by to let the public know that Nest still has not followed up with me regarding their mistake. It’s interesting to read other reviews, one very recent, of other bad business practices and the same employee not returning phone calls and emails. I would advise running very far from this realty. Buyer Beware of Nest Realty Julie Ballard, with Nest Realty, represented the seller when I purchased my home. The listing, put together by Julie and the seller, inaccurately stated the property was public water AND sewer. Not once, but multiple times - including free texted into a paragraph.
