I can't recommend Amy Weber enough! She really went above and beyond for our family. Our lease was expiring and we had to quickly find a suitable house in our same school district. She found several in our price range and showed them to us the same day. She really listened to us and gave extremely good advice. She helped us put in an offer and we were able to close on the house in a month! Her communication throughout the process was stellar. Everyone she recommended from inspectors to lenders to lawyers were extremely professional and really a joy to work with. We're a military family with 10 moves under our belt and this was the easiest time getting a house- we really appreciated all of her help. She was easily the best realtor we have worked with!

My wife and I came down here 2x to find property to put a modular home on. Both times we came down the Nest Realty people could not have been nicer!! Erin and Claire spend days, I mean days, with us. While they could have been making more showing houses!! They were always cheery, happy, positive and helpful. And when we had a difficult time selling our house in NY, Erin was always there to cheer us up and tell us everything will work out! My wife and I could not have been happier with their services. "Above and beyond the call of duty"; that's the only way to describe Jane and Gene Lee with Nest. Even the gentleman who answered the phone was great immediately giving me Jane's number as the expert in the subdivision that I was interested in. When we went out to view some houses, they never hesitated because I was wheelchair bound after a recent surgery and were so helpful and nice. Another realtor suggested I wait until I could walk. As if! I highly recommend Nest and the Lees.

Unresponsive; ignored messages. Reached out regarding a specific property without any response from the team, but her preferred mortgage lender managed to call me 3 times, email me twice, and text message me 4 times. Will now actively avoid purchasing a home listed through this agency and will find another agency for my buying needs.

Nest Realty came to our rescue when we were doubting our move. Being new to the area, it was a daunting task to keep up with our curiosity. They never gave up learning our style and needs to keep feeding us leads. We ran all over the all over the north side with Suzy Stewart and the south side with Gregg Warren. What a team! Thanks Suzy for finding us our forever home in the triangle.
