My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience as first-time home buyers with Eliza and Shannon. They were knowledgeable, engaged, and did a great job of giving us opinions based on their experience while also giving the information necessary for us to make key decisions ourselves. They worked together very well as a team, with Eliza focusing with us on understanding the process and finding the right house followed by Shannon guiding us through inspections, repair estimates (while we were sick, meaning that the sale would likely have fallen through if we had to handle it all ourselves), and negotiations. Ryan McCullough made the process of buying my home easy while living out of the country. He handled all of the many inspections needed, ensuring this older house was in good shape. He then negotiated the price down and got some things fixed for me. He is so well connected and knowledgeable.
